OUR PRACTICE

The first classical Pilates Studio in Humboldt County, Vida Sana honors traditional methods and exercises, taught in the same fixed sequence and flow developed by Joseph Pilates more than 100 years ago. Our practice is grounded in the six principles of classical Pilates: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow—designed for anyone who values a sustained relationship with movement and their body.
